ATTENTION INDIANA DRIVERS (Part 2)------
If you get pulled over by an officer--or--- have an accident (regardless of fault), The state Of Indiana will audit you (via mail) to see if you had insurance on that particular date. This form is called a "Certificate of Compliance".
You must take that form to your Ins Agent so he/she can electronically confirm to the state that you do/did have insurance on that date. Failure to do this by a specific date will result in your license being suspended (see Part 1)
