Customer comes in to reinstate her policy.......
She: I need to pay on my policy. Its about 3 months past due.
Me: I have to re-start the policy new if its over 30 days behind in payment.
She: Well okay.
Me: Have there been any changes of your info on file with us & where is the car? (she wants full coverage so we have to inspect it).
She: They have it. (referring to the car lot where she purchased it)
Me: So it has been repo'ed by the car lot?...Is there any damage to it?
Me: Okay. Whats the name of the dealership its at?
**** I begin to call them to verify*****
She: (with finger on chin) Im trying to think if there is any damage to it.....(While im on the phone with car lot)
Carlot: I'll have to go look at car then call you back.
She: Well. My ride is in a hurry so can I come back later to finish this?
Me: Sure. I have to wait for the car lot to call me back anyways.....

- 10 mins later, carlot calls back & says there is damage to the rear. Sends pic ; Car's rear end smashed over 2 ft in.
